Overview

Forsaken are denizens of one of the other realities, called Heaven and Hell by some, who are at complete odds with the other members of their race. There is both destructive and creative energy in every dimension, but creatures such as this born outside the norm are exceedingly rare.

A Fallen Angel is an Angel who has fallen from grace, some having forsaken his or her oaths and turned against the virtue of their kin. Any Angel with an unrighteous path before him is cast from Heaven to dwell within the mortal world. Fallen Angels can be of any alignment, as the reality of life in mortal flesh often changes their perspective.

An Infernal, or Infernal One, is a Devil kicked out of Hell. The potential reasons for this happening are numerous, but strong defiance of their circle's methods, leadership, or the presence of a debilitating, by infernal terms, level of empathy within them are all some of the more common reasons for ejection into the mortal realm.

Appearance

Fallen Angels

Fallen Angels appear human, though usually their eyes are a deep blue-gray color. When an Angel falls, their body is branded. Their back and arms are tattooed in angelic symbols, reminding them of their sins.

Fallen Angels do have wings, however they are not always seen. These creatures are punished to walk amongst humans and must appear human unless their wings are needed. When such a time happens, it is an experience they will not forget: The wings of a Fallen Angel rip through the flesh of the back, leaving the skin broken and unable to heal until the wings are no longer necessary. At that time, rather than being pulled back in, the wings break off at the root and turn to dust before falling to the ground. The skin is resealed until it happens again. The wings themselves are a dark gray color, often sporting a few broken feathers and bloodied by the process of sprouting from the human body.

Racial Passive

Otherworldly (Racial Passive): Being first an immortal of another reality, you have a unique and wise perspective of the mortal world that most do not possess.
Positives: -5 EXP cost to purchase both Languages and Knowledges. Must also take on one sub-racial passive.
Negatives: Rejected by Heaven and Hell until redeemed, they are left in the limbo of the void in death. Death lasts for two days longer to reconnect the spirit and soul of an otherworldly being with the human body. Due to the cursed form of their being, they take 2% of max HP in damage at the end of every turn.

Sub-Racials

In addition to the normal racial passive, all Forsaken recieve one of the following sub-racials based on their classification.

Fallen Angel (Sub-Racial): Fallen Angels are beings cast out from the plane of Heaven. Although trapped inside a human body, they have kept their wings.
Effects: +10 Charisma. +Language: Angelic. Access to the Flight passive. Can use Angelic Runes. Once a battle, for 15 STM and a quick action, you can add the "The Light of Dawn" tech element to a technique used on the same turn.

Infernal One (Sub-Racial): Infernal Ones are beings cast out from the plane of Hell. Although trapped inside a human body, they still have access to the innate destructive forces of their realm.
Effects: +10 Willpower. +Language: Devil. Techniques using the Void tech element may use "Blast" on the same technique for 2 points less. (However, Blasts stacked over its first use on a technique still cost the full 4 points) Can use Infernal Runes. Once a battle, for 15 STM and a quick action, you can add the "Tormented Spirit" tech element to one technique used on the same turn.
